Thursday, January 14, 2027, at Silver Dollar Fairgrounds, 2357 Fair Street, Chico, CA 95928. The day begins with breakfast, followed by the morning program, exhibits, and lunch. Exhibitor setup and arrival times will be provided separately.
What does an exhibit or sponsorship cost?
Exhibit spaces range from $700 to $2,200. Sponsorships range from $3,000 to $10,000. Compare all 2027 packages and add-ons above; your selection shows a subtotal before payment.
What is included with my space?
Exhibit packages list pipe and drape, one 8-foot table, two chairs, and two conference registrations. Sponsorships include at least an 8 × 10 exhibit and two registrations, plus the benefits listed for that option. Electricity is a $150 add-on.
