Continuing education
The credit that's hardest to find.
Anyone can hand out general hours. The ones that run short every renewal are Laws & Regulations, and the Crop Management and Soil & Water credit a CCA actually needs. Both are here in depth, which is why advisers block off these two days every September.

Online CE sessions open to registrants ahead of the event, already approved. Complete them on your own schedule, before you ever drive to Visalia. CCA credit only.

Live Event Hours
Two days of in-person sessions in Visalia, worth up to 17 CCA CEUs and 11 DPR hours, including the Laws & Regs and professional-development credit that doesn't show up on-demand.

Recorded sessions available to registrants after the conference, already approved. Finish out your renewal requirements without another trip.

Advisers ask us this every year, so plainly: the pre-conference sessions, the two days in Visalia and the post-conference recordings are one purchase. No add-on cart, no per-course fees, no upgrade tier. You register once and the whole library opens.
DPR asks for 40 hours every two-year cycle. These 37 cover about 92% of it, from one registration, without another trip or another invoice. Do it in September and the rest of your cycle is a formality.
Where your CCA credit comes from
By category, in personThe two highlighted rows are the reason CCAs drive here. Twelve sessions carry Crop Management or Soil & Water credit, and nine of them are squarely nutrition and soil: sap analysis, fertigation, micronutrients, tissue testing, nitrogen management, cover crops, soil biology, water technology and biologicals. That's a full agronomy program, not a category box we ticked.
The nutrition credit, in depth
A ten-session CCA track built around soil and plant nutrition, running both days in its own room. Crop Management and Soil & Water CEUs are as hard to come by as Laws & Regs, and they're rarely offered with this much bench behind them.

The day opens with the regulatory outlook and Worker Protection Standards. Breakout A then runs crop-specific IPM: Carpophilus beetle in almonds, walnut husk fly, walnut scale and San Joaquin Valley grape IPM, with a fumigation session carrying Laws & Regs credit.
If you're a CCA
Breakout B is the nutrition track: orchard cover crops and soil health, sap analysis, fertigation, micronutrients, and mineral nutrition in grapes. The general sessions add tree-nut economics for professional development.

If you're a PCA
The morning covers NOW management, almond red leaf blotch and citrus IPM. Breakout A then runs nematodes, herbicide resistance, processing tomato and plant growth regulators in citrus, with PUR filing, resistance stewardship and the closing Ag Commissioner session carrying Laws & Regs credit. Walnut mold research closes out the afternoon general sessions.
If you're a CCA
Breakout B shifts to nitrogen management, growing avocados in the Valley climate, cover crops and soil biology, new water-management technology, and biologicals, alongside the morning general sessions.

The host hotel is attached to the Convention Center, so you can walk from your room to the sessions and back without moving your truck. We've held a block of rooms for attendees at a group rate of $179 per night.

When and where is CCC 2026?
September 23-24, 2026, at the Visalia Convention Center, 303 E. Acequia Ave, Visalia, CA 93291. It sits in the center of the Central Valley's ag country.
Where should I stay?

What continuing-education credit is offered?
Registration opens up three blocks of credit. Before the conference: 10.5 CCA CEUs of on-demand online sessions, already approved. At the live event: up to 11.0 DPR hours, including your full 4.0-hour Laws & Regulations requirement, plus up to 17.0 CCA CEUs. After the conference: 26.0 DPR hours and 18.5 CCA CEUs of recorded sessions, already approved.
That comes to up to 37.0 DPR hours and 46.0 CCA CEUs, all on the one registration with nothing further to buy. DPR asks for 40 hours in a two-year cycle, so a single sign-up puts roughly 92% of your cycle behind you. The online hours are approved; the in-person hours are applied for and approval is pending. Final approved hours are confirmed on-site and in your registration confirmation.
What's the difference between the PCA and CCA tracks?
Alongside the general sessions, two concurrent breakout rooms run all day. The PCA track leans crop-specific IPM and regulatory topics. The CCA track is a ten-session agronomy program: sap analysis, fertigation, micronutrients, tissue testing, nitrogen, cover crops, soil biology and water technology. You're free to move between them to build the hours you need.
Does the online CE library cost extra?
No. This is the question we get most, so to be completely clear: the pre-conference sessions, the two days in Visalia and the post-conference recordings are all covered by the one $345 registration. There is no separate purchase, no per-course fee and no premium tier.
Register once and the whole library opens to you, before and after the conference, to complete on your own schedule.
What's included in the $345 registration?
Both conference days, every general session and breakout, the complete online CE library before and after the event, all continuing-education credit, full trade-show access, hosted breakfast and lunch both days, and the Day 1 VIP networking mixer. Nothing on that list is an add-on.
Do I have to attend both days?
No. Registration covers both days, but you're welcome to come for just one. Keep in mind that you only earn in-person CE credit for the sessions you actually attend, so the more you're here, the more hours you take home.
If you only come Wednesday, you earn credit for Wednesday's sessions only. Thursday's in-person hours don't carry over. Attending both days is how you reach the full 11.0 DPR and up to 17.0 CCA hours in person, including the complete 4.0-hour Laws & Regs requirement. The online pre- and post-conference CE is yours to complete on your own schedule either way.

What's the refund policy?
All registrations are final and non-refundable. That said, much of your CE is delivered online: the pre- and post-conference sessions are already approved, on-demand, and included with registration, so you can earn those hours on your own schedule even if your plans for the two days change.
